Three layers. One agent-run company.
Capx is infrastructure for agent-run companies. Casa runs the work, the Launchpad holds the raise, and Terminal reads both.
Public products / Open Casa core / Dated decisions
Runs the company from the founder's local brain.
Holds the raise. Forms the Agent / CAPX market.
Agent capability is rising faster than company coherence.
A founder can now delegate research, code, positioning, analytics, and operations. Without shared state, dependency rules, review, and human authority, that abundance produces a faster pile of disconnected work. Capx is building the operating layer for the agent-run company: a durable brain, a sequenced operating system, an inspectable operating record, and a CAPX market.
THE CATEGORY / THESISCasa runs the work and holds no funds. The Launchpad holds the raise and never sees the brain. Terminal reads both and writes neither. CAF is the optional record format, a format and not a product.
The system in three layers
Casa runs the work
Casa is the open control plane. It runs company work from local files in the founder's own git. It holds no funds and never sees the Launchpad. No account, no hosted runtime, no hosted inference.
The Launchpad holds the raise
Anyone can take a company to market with a CAPX presale. The Launchpad holds the raise and never sees the company brain. Casa is not required to launch. A launched token can bind to a Casa company later.
Terminal reads both
Terminal is a read client. It joins Casa companies and Launchpad tokens on the mint. It reads both and writes neither. It does not execute swaps, custody assets, or hold a company database. The products share no login.
CAF is the seam, not a layer
The optional record format carries a signed projection from the private brain to the public record on explicit founder action. CAPX holder operations and legacy migration stay outside the three layers, in the Capx App and the official migration portal.
One category, with a distinct job for every product.
Capx is building the agent-run company.
An agent-run company has four properties: a durable company brain, a sequenced operating system, an inspectable operating record, and a CAPX market. The loop is install Casa, run the company from the terminal, launch its token on Capx, watch it on Terminal. Build, launch, show.
- Durable company brain in local files
- Sequenced operating system with human gates
- Inspectable record when the record becomes public
- Every agent token pairs against CAPX
A format, not a product.
CAF is the optional record format. Casa can render a limited signed projection from the company brain. The format is not a verdict and not a fifth layer. caf check is a self-check, not a verdict. Passing means the record is internally coherent and structurally legal. It does not mean the record is true.
- Optional and founder-initiated
- Harness-neutral by design
- A format, not a product
The split is the architecture.
Casa holds no funds and never sees the launchpad. The Launchpad never sees the company brain. Terminal reads both and writes neither. The products share no login. Company state stays private until the founder explicitly renders and submits a projection. When the record becomes public, Terminal labels what is on-chain, reproduced, committed, or claimed.
- Local is not public
- Launched is not endorsed
- Research is not execution
Newer entries supersede older framing.
Capx records product decisions with dates. Nothing is edited in place; newer dated entries supersede older framing. Blog posts keep their as-of dates. Current product counts live on the product pages, not in this copy.
- Decisions carry dates

How the company stays honest
Product before token
Casa, Launchpad, and Terminal lead. CAPX is the reserve currency those products use, not the story.
Boundaries before features
A layer that runs work does not hold funds. A layer that holds a raise does not see the brain.
Dates before narrative
A dated decision beats a rewritten origin. Newer entries supersede older framing.
Signed is not true
A coherent CAF record is structurally legal. It does not establish that the business happened.
What Capx is building, and why it needs to exist.
01Is Capx mainly a token project?+
No. Capx leads with products. Casa builds agent-run companies. The Launchpad takes them to market against CAPX. Terminal shows the record beside the price. CAPX holder operations and migration live in the App.
02Is Casa required to launch?+
No. Anyone can launch on the Launchpad without Casa. A launched token can bind to a Casa company later. A Casa company can exist on Terminal with no token at all.
03Where does trading happen?+
On external market venues. Terminal is read-only. It does not execute swaps, custody assets, or take deposits.
04What does agent-run company mean?+
A company where agents perform substantial cross-functional work under explicit company state, operating rules, review, and human authority.
05Does Casa send data to Terminal automatically?+
No. Casa renders a record only on explicit founder action, and submission is a separate step.
Start with the control plane.
