Pick a harness and follow its three steps: add the operating layer, open your project, and run /casa-start. Casa reads the business, selects the applicable playbooks from a graph of 174 across 11 departments, and opens every session on the work that matters now. Everything it produces and learns lives as Markdown and JSONL in your repository, so switching harnesses later is a non-event.
