Choose your harness below. Claude Code installs the plugin and starts with /casa-start. Other harnesses use an explicit Casa checkout path and read the operating contract and start skill. Casa reads the business, selects the applicable playbooks from a graph of 183 across 11 departments, and opens every session on the work that matters now. Everything it produces and learns lives as Markdown, JSON, JSONL, Mermaid and HTML in your repository, so the context remains readable when you change harnesses.
