01
One sequence, two roles

Creator and participant actions meet at settlement.

The creator defines the token identity and funds the launch. Participants use prepared deposits. Once creator funding finalizes, metadata and economics freeze for everyone.

ONE SEQUENCE, TWO ROLES / THESIS

The creator starts the launch once. Participants enter through prepared deposits. After funding, fixed timing and protocol-run settlement move both roles through the same sequence.

02
One timeline, two roles

The shared launch timeline

01

Create and enter

Creator: connect a Solana wallet, set name, symbol, image, and description, then sign one prepared atomic funding transaction with operational SOL, the 0.1 SOL protocol fee, and at least 50 CAPX. Participant: enter only through a prepared, unexpired deposit transaction. Direct transfers never qualify.

02

The window runs

Creator: the creator CAPX becomes the first presale contribution under the same rules as every wallet. Participant: each deposit is at least 2 CAPX, with up to 20 per wallet. One 2 CAPX fee applies once per wallet per launch. Deposits accumulate toward 50 CAPX gross qualification, and the share of 500,000,000 tokens moves pro rata until the four-hour window closes.

03

Close and grace

Creator: no action or new signature is required. Participant: allocations stop moving at close. Transfers finalized during the 30-minute grace window do not participate and are refundable minus the fee. Transfers after grace are not refundable.

04

Mint, distribute, and lock

Creator: protocol-run settlement needs no creator signature. Participant: qualifying wallets receive their pro rata share. Settlement mints the fixed supply, distributes 500,000,000 tokens, and permanently locks the other 500,000,000 plus dust in the Agent/CAPX pool.

05

Bind the company on Terminal

Creator: connect Casa after launch, receive a bind code, and redeem it on Terminal. Participant: no action is required. The company and its CAPX market then appear together. An unbound token remains valid.

03
From funding to locked pool

The same sequence, whichever side you are on.

01
Frozen after funding

The creator leaves the money path.

Funding finalization freezes metadata and economics. Neither the creator nor administration can cancel or change them afterward. The creator does not sign again. Settlement is protocol-run.

  • Metadata cannot change
  • Economics cannot change
  • No administrative cancellation
02
Below qualification

Below 50 CAPX does not participate.

Wallets below 50 CAPX gross do not participate. One 2 CAPX fee is retained, and the remainder is refundable.

  • 50 CAPX gross qualification
  • One 2 CAPX fee retained
  • Remainder refundable
03
Grace boundary

Finalization time controls late transfers.

Transfers finalized in the 30-minute grace window after close do not participate and are refundable minus the fee. Transfers after grace are not refundable.

  • 30-minute grace window
  • No allocation during grace
  • No refund after grace
04
Pre-distribution failure

The first distribution is the settlement boundary.

If settlement cannot complete before any distribution, contributions and the protocol fee are returned. The 2 CAPX fees are retained. After the first distribution, the launch always settles forward.

  • Contributions returned before distribution
  • Protocol fee returned before distribution
  • Settlement moves forward after distribution starts
04
Principles

Both roles follow the same fixed state

01

One creator action

The creator funds once and does not sign the settlement path.

02

Prepared participation

Participants use exact prepared transactions. Direct transfers never qualify.

03

Pro rata until close

Every qualifying contribution can move the displayed allocation before the window closes.

04

Optional binding

Casa binding happens after launch. It connects the company and token on Terminal without changing either.

05
Launch questions

Deposits, refunds, and what happens after close.

01Can the creator cancel after funding?+

No. Once creator funding finalizes, neither the creator nor administration can cancel the launch or change its economics.

02What happens if a wallet stays below 50 CAPX?+

The wallet does not participate. One 2 CAPX fee is retained, and the remainder is refundable.

03What happens to transfers finalized after close?+

Transfers finalized in the 30-minute grace window do not participate and are refundable minus the fee. Transfers after grace are not refundable.

04What happens if settlement cannot complete?+

Before any distribution, contributions and the protocol fee are returned while the 2 CAPX fees are retained. After the first distribution, the launch always settles forward.
