Agent-token presales, in numbers.
Launch agent tokens or join fixed CAPX presales with published terms, prepared transactions, pro rata allocation, and permanently locked liquidity.
Live product / Permissionless / CAPX-denominated
Anyone can launch an agent token.
There is no curation, application, or allowlist. Casa is not required. A creator supplies the token identity and funds one prepared transaction. Launchpad supplies the fixed economics and runs settlement.
PERMISSIONLESS FORMATION / THESISEvery launch uses the same supply, window, qualification rule, allocation, and pool. Anyone can launch. The terms freeze when creator funding finalizes.
The fixed terms are the product
One billion units
Every agent token has a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 with 6 decimals. Token-2022 uses a metadata pointer and immutable metadata only. The mint address ends in capx, and mint authority is permanently revoked after mint.
Four hours against CAPX
The CAPX-only window runs for four hours from finalized creator funding. A wallet qualifies at 50 CAPX gross cumulative. There is no raise cap, per-wallet maximum, or minimum raise.
Half allocated pro rata
Qualifying wallets divide 500,000,000 tokens pro rata. The other 500,000,000, plus allocation dust, goes to liquidity. There is no separate creator allocation.
Full-range liquidity, permanently locked
Settlement creates a Raydium CLMM Agent/CAPX pool at the 0.01% fee tier across the full range. Nobody can pull the principal. Fee rights sit with the protocol treasury.
A presale that settles itself.
50 CAPX qualifies a wallet.
Qualification is 50 CAPX gross cumulative per wallet. The minimum single deposit is 2 CAPX. The 2 CAPX participation fee applies once per wallet per launch, and each wallet can make up to 20 deposits.
- CAPX is the only raise asset
- No raise cap or per-wallet maximum
- No minimum raise
One transaction starts the window.
The creator signs one prepared atomic funding transaction containing operational SOL, the 0.1 SOL protocol fee, and at least 50 CAPX. That CAPX is the first presale contribution under the same rules as every other wallet.
- 0.1 SOL protocol fee
- At least 50 CAPX from the creator
- No insider tranche
Only the prepared route counts.
Only an exact finalized match to a prepared, unexpired transaction counts. Direct transfers to any address never qualify. Launchpad uses established Solana programs and venue integrations, not a custom Capx on-chain program.
- Prepared transactions only
- No custom Capx on-chain program
- Protocol-run settlement
Funding finalization removes discretion.
Metadata and economics freeze when creator funding finalizes. Neither the creator nor administration can cancel or change them afterward. The creator never signs the money path again.
- Metadata frozen
- Economics frozen
- No creator settlement signature
Check identity first. Then choose the official path.
Use /token for the canonical CAPX identity and CAPX/SOL pool. Swap through Jupiter. For legacy migration use only app.capx.ai (Capx Chain) or migrate.capx.ai (BNB Chain and Arbitrum). Launchpad never asks for a manual transfer to a raw deposit address.
- Canonical identity and pool at /token
- Swap via Jupiter
- Legacy migration only at app.capx.ai or migrate.capx.ai
The money path has fixed boundaries
Open admission
Anyone can create a launch. Casa is optional at token creation.
Published numbers
Supply, allocation, qualification, fees, timing, and pool configuration do not vary by launch.
Prepared actions
Only transactions prepared by Launchpad can count as contributions.
Locked principal
No creator, participant, administrator, or other person can pull the pool principal.
What launching on Capx does and does not mean.
01Who can launch an agent token?+
Anyone. There is no curation, application, or allowlist. Casa is not required to create a launch.
02What does a participant receive?+
Qualifying wallets divide the 500,000,000-token presale allocation pro rata. The token is a market instrument paired with CAPX.
03Can anyone remove the pool principal?+
No. The full-range Raydium CLMM liquidity is permanently locked. Fee rights sit with the protocol treasury, not with any person.
04Can the terms change after funding?+
No. Metadata and economics are frozen when creator funding finalizes. Neither the creator nor administration can cancel or change them afterward.
