Launchpad

Launchpad mechanics

Every agent-token launch uses the same supply, window, qualification rule, allocation, and pool. Anyone can launch. Terms freeze when creator funding finalizes.

Permissionless, fixed format

There is no curation, application, or allowlist. Casa is not required to create a launch. Creators set identity. The protocol supplies the economics. Capx Launchpad is live at launchpad.capx.ai.

Supply and split

Supply, decimals, and the split are the same for every launch. There is no separate creator allocation.

Total supply1,000,000,000Fixed. 6 decimals.

Window and qualification

The raise asset is CAPX only. The window starts when creator funding finalizes. There is no raise cap, no per-wallet maximum, and no minimum raise.

Creator funding

The creator connects a Solana wallet, sets name, symbol, image, and description, and signs one prepared atomic funding transaction. That transaction contains operational SOL, a 0.1 SOL protocol fee, and at least 50 CAPX. The creator CAPX is the first presale contribution under the same rules as every other wallet. No insider tranche. No separate creator allocation.

FundingOne prepared atomic transaction
ContentsOperational SOL, 0.1 SOL protocol fee, at least 50 CAPX

Protocol fee0.1 SOL, paid by the creator in the funding transaction

Metadata is frozen when funding finalizes. After funding, neither the creator nor administration can cancel or change economics. The creator never signs the money path after funding. Settlement is protocol-run.

Participation

Only an exact finalized match to a prepared, unexpired transaction counts. Direct transfers to any address never qualify. Allocation is pro rata and moves until close.

Note: No manual deposit address

Launchpad uses prepared transactions. There is no manual deposit address. Nothing sent directly to an address participates.

RuleDetail
Qualifying pathExact finalized match to a prepared, unexpired transaction
Direct transfersNever qualify
Allocation500,000,000 tokens, pro rata, moving until close
On-chain programsEstablished Solana programs and venue integrations. No custom Capx on-chain program

Settlement

After the window, protocol-run settlement takes a snapshot, mints, distributes, and locks liquidity. Fee rights sit with the protocol treasury, not with any person. Nobody can pull the principal.

StageWhat happens
CloseThe four-hour window ends. Allocation stops moving.
Grace30 minutes after close. Transfers finalized in this window do not participate.
SnapshotQualifying wallets and gross CAPX are taken for the pro rata split.
MintThe full 1,000,000,000 supply is minted. Mint authority is permanently revoked.
Distribute500,000,000 tokens go to qualifying wallets pro rata.
PoolRaydium CLMM, Agent/CAPX, 0.01% fee tier, full range, permanently locked.
Fee rightsProtocol treasury. Nobody can pull the principal.

Refunds

Refunds follow timing and qualification. A contribution that does not participate is not an allocation.

ConditionParticipationWhat is returned

Transfer finalized in the 30-minute grace window after closeDoes not participateRefundable minus the fee.

After launch

Casa is optional at token creation. After launch, the creator can connect Casa to bind the token to a company. Terminal then shows the company and the market together. An unbound token remains valid. Binding does not change the token, the company identity, or the company URL.

The products do not share state

Casa holds no funds and never sees the launchpad. The Launchpad never sees the company brain. Terminal reads both and writes neither. The products share no login.
