Terminal / Methodology

Every number declares where it came from.

Four labels on every value, the reserved meaning of attested, how rows appear, and how aggregates stay sparse. Missing sources render as a dash.

TERMINAL / METHODOLOGY

The label travels with the value.

04EVIDENCE CLASSES
EVIDENCE LADDERSTRONGEST SOURCE FIRST
01On-chain

Independently readable market state.

02Reproduced

A named check Capx re-ran itself.

03Committed

A digest may show. The bytes stay unseen.

04Claimed

The company authored the value.

NULL SOURCE RULEno source renders as a dash, never zero--
HEALTH SCORE / HONESTY LINE

Scored only on what Capx re-ran itself. A high score does not mean a good company. It means a company that can be checked, and was.

01
Mixed provenance

A live price beside a self-reported metric can make both look equally real.

The data source is not a footnote. Terminal gives each value a provenance class so readers can compare evidence without collapsing it into one visual certainty. A value without a source label is a product bug.

MIXED PROVENANCE / THESIS

Attested means Casa observed a CAF envelope that passed structural checks, arithmetic recount, chain integrity, and Casa's own observation signature. It does not mean the business is real, the metrics happened, or Capx endorses the token. The label is part of the value, not a tooltip added later.

02
Source classification

The method, in order

01

Label the source

Each field maps to one of four labels before formatting runs: On-chain, Reproduced, Committed, or Claimed.

02

Reserve attested

Attested means Casa observed a CAF envelope that passed structural checks, arithmetic recount, chain integrity, and Casa's own observation signature. It does not mean the business is real, the metrics happened, or Capx endorses the token.

03

Join the row

Launchpad tokens appear from the public directory. Companies appear when a founder redeems a bind code at /register. There is no listing queue.

04

Degrade honestly

Aggregates come from live directories with a short TTL. A missing source renders as a dash. Sparse stays sparse. Nothing is fabricated.

03
Provenance matrix

Every metric carries its source plane, freshness clock, and curation status.

01
Four labels

On-chain, Reproduced, Committed, Claimed.

On-chain values are a Launchpad market snapshot: price, liquidity, volume, and related market fields. Reproduced values are checks Capx re-ran: health, freshness, observation time. Committed hashes may show; bytes stay unseen. Claimed values are what the founder typed. One field, one provenance class.

  • On-chain is independently readable market state
  • Reproduced is a named check Capx ran
  • Committed hashes may show; bytes stay unseen
  • Claimed stays founder-authored
02
Attested

A reserved word with a fixed meaning.

Attested means Casa observed a CAF envelope that passed structural checks, arithmetic recount, chain integrity, and Casa's own observation signature. It does not mean the business is real, the metrics happened, or Capx endorses the token. Casa renders attestations locally. Founders push them. Terminal records observation and reproduction results. It does not write the envelope. The CAF format and local self-check live in /docs/attestation.

  • Casa renders. Founders push. Terminal observes.
  • The checks inside attested are not a business review
  • Deep CAF detail lives in /docs/attestation
03
Published outputs

The reader hashes bytes in the browser.

Company pages can list published playbook outputs. The reader hashes fetched bytes in the browser and reports "hash matches the committed event" only when the browser-computed sha256 equals a disclosed event hash. Content itself stays founder claimed. Attested is never used for content.

  • Match requires an exact sha256 equality
  • A hash match is not an attestation of the content
  • Founder-claimed copy keeps that label
04
How rows appear

Directory plus bind code. No listing queue.

Launchpad tokens appear from the public directory. Companies appear when a founder redeems a bind code at /register. One code field, no account, no dashboard. Codes are issued by Launchpad when a creator connects Casa. The mint is the join key. Terminal does not run a listing queue, an application, or a founder-approval step. Unbound rows are a normal state. Thin or empty sections are a legitimate production condition.

  • Tokens come from the public directory
  • Companies appear on bind-code redemption
  • Unbound rows are a normal state
05
Aggregates

Measure only what the sources can carry.

Terminal statistics are computed from live directories with a short TTL. Anything without a source renders as a dash. Terminal does not fabricate aggregates. The market is live. Sparse data stays sparse. A stale snapshot is not presented as a current figure.

  • Short TTL on directory reads
  • Dash, not zero, not a synthetic price
  • No fabricated aggregates
04
Principles

Methodology before metrics

01

No naked numbers

A value without a source label is considered a product defect.

02

Health is checkability

Scored only on what Capx re-ran itself. A high score does not mean a good company. It means a company that can be checked, and was.

03

No listing queue

Public rows follow the directory and the bind. Appearing as a row never changes a claimed value into a reproduced one.

04

Sparse stays sparse

A dash is preferable to a number the source cannot carry. Production can be thin without becoming fictional.

05
Method questions

How Terminal labels mixed sources without flattening their authority.

01What does attested mean?+

Attested means Casa observed a CAF envelope that passed structural checks, arithmetic recount, chain integrity, and Casa's own observation signature. It does not mean the business is real, the metrics happened, or Capx endorses the token.

02What is the health score?+

Scored only on what Capx re-ran itself. A high score does not mean a good company. It means a company that can be checked, and was.

03How does a row appear?+

Launchpad tokens appear from the public directory. Companies appear when a founder redeems a bind code at /register. One code field, no account, no dashboard. Codes are issued by Launchpad when a creator connects Casa.

04Why do some figures show a dash?+

Aggregates come from live directories with a short TTL. Anything without a source renders as a dash. The market is live, and sparse data stays sparse.
